Vermillion Community Garden Composting Presentation

The Vermillion Community Garden is hosting a free composting presentation for the public on Thursday, Sept. 11 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Vermillion Public Library's Kozak Room. 

The event is designed to educate residents about the benefits of The event is designed to educate residents about the benefits and techniques of composting. Attendees will learn how to turn everyday kitchen scraps and yard waste into nutrient-rich soil, helping to reduce landfill waste and create healthier gardens. The presentation will cover the fundamentals of composting, including what materials to use and how to maintain a successful compost pile. 
The presentation is free and open to all members of the public. No pre-registration is required.
