Vermillion Area Arts Council - Emergency Need for New Roof. Carnival at 202 Washington Street, Vermillion. Amy Fill - Mardi Gras Heads; After Stillwell Art Exhibition; Music by Mike and Jay. Come in carnival garb or mask or be creative and make a mask at the event. Carnival food, hot dogs and salad, and cash bar.
