Fitness Classes available at the Vermillion Armory
SWEAT Class: SWEAT is a circuit-style class that mixes weighted exercises with cardiovasular body weight exercises. SWEAT is truly an "all levels welcome" fitness class. Participants work at their own pace, can choose to use or not use added weights, and will be provided modified/low impact exercises if needed.

*SWEAT and Strong by Zumba will be MOndays & Wednesdays and will alternate days each week. M/W classes are 5:30-6:30pm. These two classes will also be offered Saturday mornings back-to-back, 9-11 am.
Group fitness instructor is Jessica Paopao - Jessica moved to Vermillion in May of 2018, coming from Oregoon where she enjoyed teaching fitness classes in her hometown. She is excited to share her passion with the Vermillion community. Jessica has her ACE (American Council on Exercise) Group Fitness Instructor Certification.
*Childcare available! for all Saturday/Sunday classes. Childcare also available for Monday nights beginning February 11th. Please pre-arrange via email if planning on using childcare services to there can be a manageable adult-to-child ratio! firstname.lastname@example.org
Samantha Hasenbank will be the primary childcare provider during fitness classes at th Vermillion Armory. She attends USD and studies Speech Language Pathology. She has worked withkids her whole life and currently works at the The Center for Children and Families (for past 2 years). She says, "I would love to take your little ones off your hands for a while so you can get a workout in!"
