Vermillion Area Chamber & Development Company invites you to our RED Talks. This discussion will cover Legislative bill's that impact SD and the Vermillion Area and a June Ballot Preview. The panel will be Senator Art Rusch, Representative Sydney Davis and Richard Vasgaard, moderated by AJ Franken.
