Qigong is an integral aspect of traditional Chinese medicine, and typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and calm meditative state of mind.
No experience is necessary. Sessions will build upon one another; consistent attendance is encouraged by not required.
