8th Annual "Standstill" Parade of Lights & Holiday Crafts at Vermillion Public Library. . This year, the floats don’t move…the people do. Santa arrives at the Platz @ 6:30 pm. Sip hot chocolate served by CorTrust Bank & apple cider served by Meridian Title. Following the tree lighting, children & parents are invited to the Edith B. Siegrist Public Library for an opportunity to visit with Santa & make a holiday craft from 6:30-8:00 pm
