Join us here at the library to learn more about National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo)! All writers, students, and the curious are welcome—not just novelists! Dr. Kaiya Ansorge and Rachelle Langdon will give a brief introduction to NaNoWriMo, help you set up your account, and brainstorm about what you would like to write or accomplish during the challenge. Kaiya will also discuss alternative ways of participating, including nonfiction, poetry, game-writing, revision options, and more (officially welcomed as “rebel” participants), before leading a Writing Meditation to get us started on the process. Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops, tablets, or notebooks!
