Description
Dr. Jessica McHugh Conlin, director of research at the Sioux City-area non-profit organization Healthy 360, Inc., will host a vital community event focused on postpartum needs and child development at the Vermillion Public Library.
From 2-3 p.m., Dr. McHugh Conlin will discuss maternal mental health, postpartum pelvic health, nutrition and child development. From 3-4 p.m., there will be free developmental screenings using the Ages and Stages Questionnaire for children ages 0-5 years old. There will be time for questions/concerns regarding maternal and child well-being.
Free and open to the public.
