With 25+ years of experience, Karen brings seasoned insight and expertise into HR compliance, employee relations, organizational development and leadership coaching. She’s known for helping businesses across the region tackle everything from hiring and compliance to culture and strategy—with a practical, people-first approach.

Karen is recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional, and by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She served on the board of directors for the Sioux Empire chapter of Society for Human Resource Management (SESHRM) and was recognized by the chapter as Distinguished HR Professional of the Year in 2023.
