Kristen Hadeed believes that authentic, human leadership can change

the world. At 19, with hardly any leadership experience, Kristen started

a cleaning business called Student Maid as a side gig in college. Before

graduating, it scaled to a contract to clean hundreds of apartments.

At the time, she hired a team of 60 people to help her, and within

days, 75% of that team quit, leading her to obsess over the topic of

leadership. 14 years later, Student Made has grown to a global scale

while Kristen has worked in every industry, has been featured in major

news outlets such as PBS, FOX, Inc., NBC, TIME, and Forbes, sold more

than 40,000 copies worldwide as a thought leadership author and

has TED Talks with millions of views. All of her success comes down to

one thing: her passion about belonging, courageous, compassionate

leadership and the urge to pass it along.
