Description
Great Plains Therapy will be holding a free special event for the National Council on Aging Falls Prevention Awareness Day. Free fall prevention screenings will be held at Great Plains Therapy from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Screenings will last 30 minutes each and will include assessment of several factors known to contribute to falls such as leg strength, blood pressure fluctuations, vision deficits, impaired mobility and poor balance. Anyone who has had a fall in the past year or is over 65 is encouraged to attend. Call 624-7246 to schedule an appointment or call for more information.
