Description
Get ready for a spook-tacular evening! Join us next Friday, October 31st from 4 to 6 p.m. for our annual Downtown Trick or Treat! 
Bring your little ghouls and goblins to enjoy a night filled with candy, and festive decorations. Local businesses will be handing out treats, so don’t forget your trick-or-treat bags!Plus, check out the trunk or treat happening at Vermillion Public Library
