The annual Chiesman Democracy Conference explores research and public service projects devoted to improving democratic governance and civic education. This years keynote speaker is USD alumnus and Harvard communications professor and internationally acclaimed expert, Steve Jarding speaking on: "Democracy Needs Leaders; Leaders Need to Know How to Communicate."
