Description
Instructors Michael Suing and Steve Miller leading participants in a 4-week series on chanting, which will incorporate different spiritual traditions of sung and spoken chants/mantra. The series is free, but donations help to ensure that well-being and mindfulness programs continue in the community.
Hot tea will be provided by The Bean.
