Putting the unity in community—the Vermillion Cultural Association and long-standing Vermillion Area Arts Council (VAAC) are merging! VCA will take up the VAAC's mission and role as local arts council. Celebrate this historic handover at XIX Brewing Co. this Thursday, September 12th!
