The Southeast CASA Program advocates for abused and neglected children involved in the court system. Our trained volunteers serve as a child's voice in court, helping judges make informed decisions that promote safety, stability, and permanency. We serve children and families throughout Clay, Union, Turner, Bon Homme, and Yankton Counties.
